Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Unavailable Test Date:

    • If the fast-track test date you booked is no longer available, and we are unable to secure an alternative date that suits your schedule, a full refund will be issued.
  2. Error on Our Part:

    • If we fail to provide the service promised due to an error on our end, such as incorrect booking details or test location, we will issue a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
  3. Cancellations by You:

    • Refunds for cancellations initiated by you will depend on the timing of the cancellation:
      • Within 24 hours of booking: Full refund.
      • After 24 hours: A cancellation fee may apply, depending on how much work has been completed.
  4. Instructor Services:

    • Refunds for pre-booked driving lessons with an instructor will follow the instructor’s individual cancellation and refund policy.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  1. DVSA Cancellations:

    • If the DVSA cancels your driving test due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, examiner illness), refunds will not be provided. However, the DVSA will offer you a free rebooking.
  2. Missed Tests:

    • If you fail to attend your test or arrive unprepared (e.g., without the necessary documents or failing eyesight requirements), no refund will be issued.
  3. Change of Mind:

    • If you decide not to proceed with the service after significant progress has been made, a refund may not be possible.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us

    • Send us an email at platinumspeedtests@gmail.com or reach out via WhatsApp with your booking reference number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  2. Verification

    • Our team will review your request, verify the details, and assess whether your case qualifies for a refund.
  3. Resolution

    • Once verified, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Additional Notes

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • For driving lessons, refund policies are subject to the terms and conditions set by the individual instructor.
  • All requests must be submitted within 14 days of the issue to qualify for a refund.
